June 7, 2022 (Minneapolis, MN) — SR Realty Trust, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 56,000 square foot industrial property that is 100% leased to two tenants. The property, located at 1101 Libra Drive in Lincoln, Nebraska, was built in 2018 and sits on a 3.5-acre site.
