Clara brings more than 24 years of experience in real estate and property management accounting, with a background spanning commercial, multifamily, and hospitality assets. Since joining the company in April 2019 as Senior Development Accountant, Clara has embraced the opportunity to take on expanding responsibilities, culminating in her promotion to Fund Controller in 2026.

As Fund Controller, Clara is responsible for leading the company’s fund accounting function, overseeing REIT and development accounting and reporting. This involves working closely with executive leadership to direct financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and loan servicing activities, helping ensure accurate reporting and thoughtful financial stewardship across the company’s investment platforms.

She is deeply committed to community involvement, serving as a Planning Commissioner and volunteering her time with local charitable organizations, including Booster and Lions Club boards.
