Dan Krueger joined Schafer Richardson in 2026 as Senior Asset Manager, with responsibility for the company’s multifamily portfolio across the Twin Cities and Nebraska. Dan brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate asset management, portfolio operations, and corporate finance.

Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Dan spent several years leading a multifamily real estate investment and asset management platform in the Minneapolis–St. Paul market, where he oversaw acquisitions, property operations, capital planning, and investor and lender relationships across a portfolio of apartment communities. Earlier in his career, Dan held financial analyst roles at Thomson Reuters, Winthrop Resources, and GN ReSound.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Management from the University of St. Thomas.
