SR Realty Trust Begins 2018 with an Eagan Retail Acquisition

A freestanding retail building in Eagan with a Jimmy John’s and Cricket Wireless store was contributed to SR Realty Trust by the owner through an UPREIT transaction on January 4, 2018.

The 100% leased property, which was built in 1985 and renovated in 2016, is in the outlot of the Cedar Cliff Shopping Center, which has a Caribou Coffee, Cole’s Salon, Bruegger’s Bagels, Pizza Hut, and other retailers. The high visibility location has over 30,000 vehicles per day on Cliff Road, is one block away from Highway 77 and two miles directly south of Twin Cities Premium Outlets.
