SR Realty Trust completes acquisition of industrial building in Duluth, MN

Minneapolis, MN, February 26, 2016 – SR Realty Trust, Inc., a private real estate investment trust, acquired a single-tenant industrial building located in Duluth, Minnesota. The property is a 12,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse building with outside storage and is fully-leased to MacArthur Co., a St. Paul-based construction materials distributor.
