SR Realty Trust Completes Acquisition of Multi-Tenant Commercial Building in Lincoln, NE

SR Realty Trust, Inc., a private real estate investment trust sponsored by Schafer Richardson, Inc., acquired The Edge, a multi-tenant commercial property located in Lincoln, Nebraska, on October 21, 2016. The fully-leased, 102,265 sq. ft. commercial building is located near the intersection of S. 56^th Street and Highway 2.

The property was purchased from BCLINC through a partial UPREIT.
