Banks Building

Banks Building, acquired in 2015, is a six story office building constructed in 1905 and extensively renovated in 2001. Located in Northeast Minneapolis, this property is adjacent to both Downtown Minneapolis and the Mississippi river. Banks Building is composed of 137,000 sq. ft. of rentable area and is 83% occupied with most of the vacant space being basement storage space. An on-site surface parking lot contains 222 stalls for a ratio of 1.63 stalls per 1,000 sq. ft.

Itasca Building

The Itasca Building, acquired in 2015, is a four story office building constructed in 1906 and renovated multiple times over the past two decades. Located in the Northloop neighborhood of Minneapolis, this brick and timber building is less than a half block away from the Mississippi River. The Itasca Building is composed of 80,000 sq. ft. of rentable area and is 93% occupied with most tenants being creative office users. A surface parking lot, across the street, contains 150 stalls for a ratio of 1.86 stalls per 1,000 sq. ft.

IDC Building

The IDC Building, acquired in 2015, is a four story office building constructed in 1930 and extensively renovated in 2002. Located in the Northloop neighborhood of Minneapolis, this property offers excellent access to transit, bike paths, retail amenities, and downtown Minneapolis. The IDC Building is composed of 67,000 sq. ft. of rentable area and is 96% occupied with high-end retail tenants occupying the first floor.

Cobblestone Court

Cobblestone Court, acquired in 2015, is a neighborhood strip center built in 1980. Located in Burnsville, Minnesota, this property is shadow anchored by Burnsville Center, a 1.1M sq. ft. enclosed mall. Cobblestone Court is composed of 127,000 sq. ft. of rentable area, and is 97% occupied with a diverse mix of retailers, including TJ Maxx, Total Hockey and Schmitt Music. An on-site surface parking lot contains 708 stalls for a ratio of 5.5 stalls per 1,000 sq. ft.

The Edge Building

The Edge, acquired in 2016, is a former Kmart built in 1994 and extensively renovated in 2012. Located in Lincoln, Nebraska, this multi-tenant commercial building is strategically located near the intersection of S.56th Street and Highway 2. The Edge is composed of 102,000 sq. ft. of rentable area and is 100% occupied with Gallup Group as a key tenant. An on-site surface parking lot contains 510 stalls for a ratio of five stalls per 1,000 sq. ft.
