Property Types: Industrial, Apartments, Retail, and Single Tenant Net Leased.

Primary Geography: Minnesota, Nebraska

Secondary Geography: Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin

Location: Known locations on high traffic roads, good access and visibility and/or business parks.

Minimum Investment Size: $2 Million

Asset Class: B or better

Tenancy: Multi-tenant or Single-tenant Net Leased

Occupancy Preference: 85% or higher

Terms: Cash, or tax-deferred contribution of property/portfolios in exchange for Operating Partnership Units, or a combination of cash and units.

Financing: Will consider assuming in-place financing.

*The properties need to have the potential to consistently grow net operating income.
