Secondary Geography: Omaha and Lincoln, NE; Des Moines, IA; Rochester and Duluth, MN; Madison and Milwaukee, WI; Quad Cities, IA

Location: High traffic thoroughfares, good access and visibility, and/or business parks.

Minimum Investment Size: $2 Million

Asset Class: B or better

Tenancy: Multi-tenant or Single-tenant Net Leased

Occupancy Preference: 85% or higher

Terms: Cash, or tax-deferred contribution of property/portfolios in exchange for Operating Partnership Units, or a combination of cash and units.

Financing: Will consider assuming in-place financing.
