Primary Geography: Minneapolis/St. Paul, Kansas City, Columbus, Indianapolis, Omaha, Milwaukee
Secondary Geography: Cincinnati, St. Louis, Des Moines, Lincoln, Salt Lake City, Denver, Phoenix
Minimum Investment Size: $5 Million
Asset Class: B or better
Tenancy: Multi-tenant or Single-tenant Net Leased
Occupancy Preference: 85% or higher
Terms: Cash, or tax-deferred contribution of property/portfolios in exchange for Operating Partnership Units, or a combination of cash and units.
Financing: Will consider assuming in-place financing.
