Secondary Geography: Lincoln; Des Moines; St. Louis

Minimum Investment Size: $5 Million

Asset Class: B or better

Tenancy: Multi-tenant or Single-tenant Net Leased

Occupancy Preference: 85% or higher

Terms: Cash, or tax-deferred contribution of property/portfolios in exchange for Operating Partnership Units, or a combination of cash and units.

Financing: Will consider assuming in-place financing.
